| Due to publishing policy of IEEE Press, i.e. conference proceedings published by IEEE are not available before the conferences, the proceedings of ICNC-FSKD cannot be sent to the authors until the October of 2008. Therefore the authors who attend the conference will get the proceedings at the conference, and the authors who absent from the conferences?have to get proceedings after the conference. The ICNC-FSKD committee will send the proceedings to these authors who give us the correct and detail post addresses. The authors who need publishing proofs of your papers, please contact us via nc2008@sdu.edu.cn , we will send you electronic proofs for your paper.
限于IEEE出版社对于会议论文集出版时间的规定（论文集只能在会议前夕出版，不得在会议之前给作者邮寄论文集），会议组委会不能在8月份提前给作者邮寄论文集，而只能等到会议召开时发论文集发给大家。对不能来参加会议的作者，只能在会后邮寄给大家。对此我们深表歉意。对于有些作者评职称、毕业等需要，我们可以提供电子版录用证明，请通过会议邮箱（nc2008@sdu.edu.cn）和我们联系。
