Remarks:
1. Entitlements: Each full registration fee includes attendance to all technical sessions, publication of 1 paper in the proceedings, 1 copy of the CD-ROM proceedings of either ICNC'08 or FSKD'08, in which your paper appears, 1 volume of printed proceedings in which your paper appears, as well as the banquet, lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks. Note that it does not include any printed proceedings or the CD-ROM proceedings of the other conference in which your paper does not appear. For example, if you have a paper in ICNC'08 which appears in vol.1 of the ICNC'08 printed proceedings, one registration will bring you 1 ICNC'08 CD-ROM proceedings and 1 copy of vol.1 of the ICNC'08 printed proceedings. If you wish to have a CD-ROM proceedings for FSKD'08, or 1 or more volumes of printed proceedings other than vol.1 of the ICNC'08 printed proceedings, you will need to pay the appropriate Extra Proceedings Fees.
2. Deadline for Authors: Each paper must have 1 dedicated registration with full payment received by 30 May 2008 for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Otherwise, the submitted paper will not be included in the proceedings or the conference program.
3. Extra Pages: If your paper is accepted, extra pages beyond 5 pages are charged at US $60 or RMB ￥ 400 per page. These payments must be received by 30 May 2008 for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
4. Registration Categories: Because the registration fees above are already low by international standards, students will register with the same fees. Attending the conference without a paper, publishing a paper without attending the conference, or groups will also need to register with the same fees.
